Payment for all Goods and Services:

Payment terms for all hardware is P.W.O. (Payment With Order) or C.O.D. (Cash On Delivery) unless otherwise agreed. (Please check prior to ordering) In the case of all Computers, Laptops & printers the first applies as we do not process orders until payment (in whatever format has been provided) is confirmed as having cleared. This applies to all cheques & card transactions. (excluding Laser cards).

Late Payments (Active Accounts):

Overdue accounts (applies to established accounts only) will be charged an additional fee of 2% per month on any outstanding Invoice value. This applies to all accounts without exception. If accounts are not paid within 10 days of the end of the last trading month, they will automatically be placed on hold until such time as the account is back within its agreed trading terms.


All prices are subject to change without prior notice until an official order acknowledgement is issued. Therefore any prices quoted verbally will not be accepted if normal validity period has passed. (Standard term 7 days from date of issue.)

Title of Goods / Services:

Remains the property of DIRECT I.T. in its sold / unsold, used / unused form until fully paid for and can only be disposed of under the customers normal trading means for which purpose the goods / services were sold / provided. Until such time as the title in the products/services passes to the customer, the customer shall hold the products/services as DIRECT I.T.’s fiduciary agent and bailee, and shall keep the products separate from those of the customer and third parties and properly stored, protected and insured and identified as DIRECT I.T.’s property.

Until that time, the customer shall be entitled to resell or use the products/services in the ordinary course of it’s business but shall account to DIRECT I.T. for the proceeds of the sale / disposal or otherwise of the products / services whether tangible or intangible, including insurance proceeds and shall keep all such proceeds separate from any money’s or property of the customer and third parties and in the case of tangible proceeds properly stored, protected and insured.


Any discrepancies as to the specification, quantities, details, transport damages, failures, faults, physical damages must be reported in writing within 3 working days of arrival of the goods to DIRECT I.T., Barrack Street, Cahir, Co. Tipperary.

Subsequent Loss:

The proprietor/s, agents, employees or other of DIRECT I.T. do not accept responsibility for subsequent loss, damage, failure of any kind due to the failure/use or other of any equipment of any type or description or for late delivery of any services / goods provided or to be provided.


Goods subject to warranty will be exchanged for a new product if faulty and returned to place of sale or appointed location within 30 days from date of order or purchase. Certain items under warranty are covered only by Third Party Warranty direct from manufacturer or main distributor and cannot be supported by DIRECT I.T. directly, as warranty would be made void.

Competitions, Prizes and Vouchers:

Employees of DIRECT I.T., their family members or anyone else connected in anyway with the competition or helping to setup the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition. No cash alternatives to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. The promoter's decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Return of goods:

All goods returned are sent or received at customers’ own risk. DIRECT I.T. take no responsibility for goods lost in transit or otherwise and are not responsible for any delivery / carriage / transit charges that may be incurred.
